GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award

It is GuocoLand’s fifth accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Grant. It formerly won awards for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Residence in 2018.

Martin Modern, a high-end residence by mainboard-listed real property developer GuocoLand, was called World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.

The venture has currently taken several other leading property and design honors.

Martin Modern was developed by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan’s layout was recognized for its abundant botanic garden setup, matched by a rugged creative inspired at the adjoining shore sanctuary. At Martin Modern, 80% of the area is alloted to landscape design and features, and GuocoLand’s another signature style qualities, such as a grand lawn and bountiful spaces for leisure activity and amusement, are feature.

The International Real Property Federation, identifying the value of architectural brilliance, sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business methods, has granted GuocoLand for its commitment to these values in the property development of Martin Modern.

It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022; High-end Residential Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Ideal Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Citations 2020.

The property also won 4 significant honors at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Quality Award in 2018 in the unfinished properties group, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
